Our role as a travel agency

We plan, quote and book travel services on your behalf.

Flights, accommodation, tours and insurance are provided by the airlines, hotels, tour operators and insurers you choose. Their own conditions apply, including fare rules, baggage rules and insurance policy terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information that matches each traveler's travel documents.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The total shown before payment includes the charges described there.

There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Each booking is a one-time purchase.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved.

We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. In that case we refund any amount paid.
